This doctor is the most rudest, no Empathy or Compassion, unprofessional, & judgmental Doctor with no “Doctor Bedside Manners”. She judges individuals whom have Government Insurance.. She doesn’t want you to waste her time if your symptoms are Ear Infections , Strep Throats, or Sinus Infections. (Long review) Considering changing to a different ENT. I have only seen her a handful of times. Initial visit to discuss possible tonsillectomy, which also prompted a deviated septum correction (I wasn't sure how bad it was). Surgery went fine, however my septum did not heal correctly and is deviated still, if possible it might be worse. I am writing this review to express my concerns about the medical care provided by Dr. Cole. My daughter, who has Dravet syndrome, had tubes inserted by Dr. Cole last spring due to frequent ear infections and associated seizures. However, the tubes fell out before June, and since then, she hasn’t experienced any issues with her hearing or ear infections. During a recent visit, Dr. Cole recommended repeating the tube insertion procedure and also suggested removing my daughter’s adenoids and tonsils. This came as a shock to us... read more
After years with dealing with sinus issues I was referred to Dr. Cole. What a fantastic experience! I found Dr. Cole to be very thorough, knowledgeable and a outstanding Physician. Dr. Cole takes her time, explains everything so you understand and makes you feel comfortable & at ease. I feel very fortunate indeed, to have a Physician of this caliber in our area! I would highly recommend Dr. Cole to anyone for their E.N.T needs!
