EMPATHY is the least you should be able to expect from a Dr. And a practice you have been loyal too for over 6 years. I needed urgent help with a condition Dr. Clop is completely aware of. Nevertheless, when I need a treatment that takes (based on the many times I have had it) does not take longer than 15 minutes, they have no appointments. Not for over a week.
