Amazing staff
100 Retreat Ave, Ste 700, Hartford, CT Today I went to her office for my prenatal visit. Stephanie was amazing! My husband and I had a list of questions, and she answered all of them. I arrived at 8:36 for our 9:15 appointment, but as soon as we got there, Susan called us in (super sweet lady, too). She asked me some questions, and in less than 5 minutes, Dr. Stephanie Chung was there to check on me and my baby. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Chung was extremely blunt, rude, and showed zero empathy during my wife’s appointment. She took one quick look during the exam and loudly exclaimed, ‘Oh my… We need to get this under control, like, as soon as possible! This could be cancer!’—in a way that was terrifying and completely lacking in sensitivity or bedside manner. My wife left the visit shaken and anxious.
