I have had the best experience having an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about (I never do), I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong, they make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
