Dr Perez is lovely and cares about her patients. However, I do not recommend anyone to go to this office. They do not know how to claim insurances and creates you a nightmare. The lab has denied for 13 months my annual check exams as the office staff has not written the right codes to my insurance (a BCBS PPO. Nothing really weird)
First off the office is the worst! I can call all day (before and after their 2 hour lunch break) and no one will pick up. I had a physical with Dr. Perez and she assured she would call if there was an issue with my test results. When I received my results thru their online portal there was a big issue with my results and she NEVER CALLED ME! I love having Dr.Perez as my Pcp. She is sweet, attentive and her office always has time to answer my questions! Definetly recommend her!
