I have been trying to get in touch with this doctor’s office for more than 3 months. I’ve called and left numerous messages without anyone contacting me back. I mentioned this to our new pediatrician who contacted them for us. Someone did call me a week later but from a “unknown number” while I was at work so I couldn’t answer.
