Stephanie does not disappoint! She helped us buy our home in 2019 when we moved to Washington and she helped us sell it again when we left Washington in July 2025. Stephanie let us know what improvements would help our house stand out above the rest. We made the changes and the house was only on the market for 4 days before we had an offer above the listing price! She is very knowledgeable and knows the market and what buyers want to see. Stephanie was extremely helpful with our house search and also with the purchasing process! We were from out of state but she was very attentive and available. There were times we were discouraged and losing motivation but Stephanie gave us the reassurance that we would get through the challenging times and sure enough we did. She’s great at collaboration and certainly an expert in her field. She’s also just extremely sweet and down to earth. My husband and I highly recommend working with Stephanie!
