They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room.
