My daughter was very uncomfortable with her, and I was as well. She spoke in a monotone, sometimes mumbling. Zero personality, and I felt like she really didn't care at all. Her cell phone started ringing during the appt. Very unprofessional. Turn the ringer off. Then, she was supposed to increase one of my daughter's meds from 7.5 mg twice a day to 15 mg twice a day. Unsatisfied with IOP discharge appointment. This was to be a virtual appointment. The link was sent to my child with the time listed to be UTC. My child did not know what UTC meant and logged in at the wrong time, missing the appointment. There was no attempt made from the provider to inform me of the missed appointment or attempt to reschedule. I had to send an email requesting a proper discharge appointment.
