I would stay away. I was canceled 3 times.
Dr Sayles is professional and personable. I have been seeing her for years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! She has taken care of my acne, routine skin checks and precancerous moles. She always calls me personally when there is something to discuss and I feel more than comfortable discussing sensitive topics with her. I recommend her to everyone.
I like Dr Sayles when you can get her attention. She is professional and competent. Getting her attention is probelmatic and her staff are professional gate keepers not medical professionals. I have subsequently left her care. I subsequently emailed and left messages for the Hospital's customer care & support and they never responded to me, clearly indifferent and non-responsive. Another money machine.
Dr. Sayles has been much more helpful, empathetic, and competent than the other several dermatologists I have seen in the past few years. Her staff is excellent, bending over backwards to help me when I needed help with medication or appointments. Overall, one of the best healthcare experiences I've had.
