I have a a tooth that is infected and I call her told her I was In pain and need some meds for the infation and pain and want do any thing been to the er and they said they can't do anything it has to be her and can't get appointment till December or January so what am I to do
The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because I really do like Dr Snelson. This is where we brought our entire family for years, but since the pandemic the service here gets progressively worse and today was the last straw. The last FIVE appointments, not walk in, but scheduled appointments I have had here resulted in a one hour plus wait before even being seen. She stated that I had a lot of cavities that she filled, Just to get paid from my insurance. Went to my family dentist and was told that i did not cavities just stains, She damaged the bottom half of my mouth, just to make money. I tell everyone I meet not to go there
best dentist I have ever had!
I would recommend her highly! I've never once had a problem with her or her staff! I'm at the start of my root canal & very impressed with her work! Her staff comes in & tells me what they're found on that day! The only dentist I've ever been to that I've felt this comfortable with! I just love her!
Pleasant! Reasonable, did not suggest added work and or additional cost.
