We love Dr. Vinny! Everyone at Stephanie Animal Hospital is friendly and welcoming. My cats feel safe here. Affordable care by knowledgeable and passionate professionals.
The clinic is excellent, and Dr. Vini is very attentive to my Pitbull, Júnior.
Dr. Vini is absolutely exceptional! Dedicated, caring, and highly skilled. A huge plus is that he speaks both English and Portuguese, which makes a world of difference for international patients. Highly recommend!
Used to be great. Good doctors. Unfortunately the secretaries of late have been horrid. I don't mind waiting 20 minutes on hold or even waiting forever to pay, which is the new norm. I don't like being spoken to like they don't have time for us or not listening to us and trying to force a second exam, just to update a couple month old quote; we don't care what it costs... I signed their estimate for a maximum of $1075. The day of the work to be done on my dog the doctor called me to tell me they needed to pull some molars. I asked how much they said $300 additional dollars when my son went to pick up the dog, the bill was $1633. I called the doctor and he hung up on me because he could not explain correctly how the bill total got to that. Very unprofessional I will not be going back. I do not recommend at Stephanie Animal Hospital
