Took our 6yo daughter to Edna and she made the experience absolutely amazing!! Absolutely nailed the desired look with only 1 inspo pic. Not only did Edna make our daughter feel at ease, but she talked though the style process so out daughter could understand.

I went in to get my hair dyed and she dyed it totally opposite of what I wanted. She quoted me 265 over the phone then wanted 300 after the service. I didn't want to pay her anything but did. I contacted her after I got home telling her I was unhappy with my hair so she told me to come in and would fix it when I came in I told her what I wanted and she said alls she would be able to do is put a little more blonde in it and what I wanted was a whole different process so I settled for that. I walked in with a pixie cut and walked out with beautiful extensions just a little below my shoulders! I was SO nervous about the transformation, but Stephanie answered all of my questions beautifully without a hint of annoyance. Im still new to navigating extensions and she is so gracious and patient every appointment. I adore her
