Vince was early. We had some "break down in communication" with the seller and the time of the inspection. Vince was patient but professional. When the seller off-handedly said something like, "this better not take more than 2 hours", Vince calmly said, it will take what it takes, indicating he wouldn't be rushed and would do his normal thorough inspection. Adding on to my husband’s review below… I also only have ever left positive Google reviews because I do not like to impact people’s livelihoods from their businesses (feel free to check my profile – 13 reviews left with 5-star ratings to date). However, using this company could have a big negative financial impact on a potential homebuyer, so I, too, wanted to leave my review as a warning to others. They missed obvious signs of pest infestation (piles of mouse poop, guano, and blocks of mouse poison in both attic and basement) costing our family thousands of dollars to remediate. When questioned, he pointed to their terms and conditions throwing up his hands without sympathy or remorse. Update 1/14/26: had our sauna inspected by an electrician to make sure it was installed properly as we had lost confidence in this inspector. 50 amp heater is using 10 gauge (8 gauge required) wire and a 40 amp breaker!
