This Dr told me to file SS. So I did, 7 years ago. I come to recently find out. After this Dr wants to charge me for my file of 14 years. $960. That he never once sent in my medical file to social security. And now he's too chicken to pick up the phone. And knows I can't afford my file. So I'll be pressing a law suit... Be warned...
