Only had good experiences at Dr. Oliva's until today. Their team has always been very professional, honest and direct. Today I was laughed at by their receptionist throughout almost an entire interaction. Not sure what was funny when describing the pain I was in or the situation and my desire to seek access to medication but it was very upsetting. Dr Oliva is an awesome doctor and takes great care of me and my family!
All the staff are great people and all are helpful and care about your problems and concerns. And the nurses are great and will be there for you when you need there help and they care about you and help you get better! And what can you say about the Doctor if you want a Doctor that's will take his time check you out from head to toes well you could not ask for the best man for the job !
