I worked with Step ahead about 5 years ago, and just came up again when I recommended them to my neighbors. Step Ahead did an incredible job replacing our floors when we were moving into our new home. They worked fast, accommodated special requests, and we're extremely reasonably priced. We'll use them again if we ever need more work done.
The owner wasn't there during opening hours on Friday, and when I called the number, he said to come the next day. I did, and it wasn't even open, although the open neon sign is lit up. That wasted my gas and time. There.
Excellent service. I purchased both carpet and hardwood from Step Ahead and I want to recommend them. They went out there way to make sure I was happy and that the floors were installed within a week. The installers were very nice. Very professional I highly recommend them.
