We can not speak highly enough of the professionalism shown by the whole team at Stepahead Carpentry, and the craftsmanship of their product. Although our renovation was a small one requiring only 4 stairs and glass balustrading, we were very well looked after from beginning to end by each team member from sales through to installation. Absoulte rubbish, paid 18k for the stairs, the installer couldn’t read their own design, had to revisit the job site on numerous of occasions just to fix the flaws & defects, the owner Josh couldn’t give a dam about issuing mandatory form 43 safety certificate after work completion! He insisted $495 additional fees must be paid before they could release the form. Avoid at all cost

We have worked with Stepahead Carpentry for many years. We have always found everyone to be extremely helpful, as a builder it is paramount that our suppliers communicate well and provide excellent customer service. Nothing is ever a problem and if there is a problem it is dealt with efficiently. Highly recommend their services!
