Dr. Joba is great, his office staff not so much. They unfortunately don't see the urgency when the doctor says to send a request into the insurance provider for treatment. They wait atleast 3-4 weeks to send out the request and then when they receive approval it takes another 3-4 weeks for them to contact you to schedule your appointment. Mind you I have tried calling them and left messages with no return call. I have never experienced a doctors office to run so slow. Very pleasant experience overall. I was in and out within an hour. Office and medical staff very professional and courteous. Dr. Jobe took time to explain treatment procedure and answer my questions.
