His expertise in both plumbing and the Navien product was evident from the moment we started to communicate. Michael was able to identify the issue quickly and contacted the manufacturer. We didn’t end up having Michael do the work because he was so proficient in determining what the previous plumber had done wrong with our electric water heaters. Not only did he consult with the manufacturer of the heaters, he also told the previous plumber what he had done wrong and without both of those things we wouldn’t be getting our $7k issue resolved at no cost to us.
