Step UP Inn in CT involved in misleading practices- This sober house my daughter moved into after a detox program did not disclose information regarding the financial obligation to the family. They told the family it was a standard agreement, no lease, one month's rent, one month's security deposit of $1,000 each. When my daughter relapse after 4 days and I asked for the security deposit back, that is when they told me they had my daughter sign a 60 day commitment.
