Step-Up was founded on the principle of identifying gaps in HIV/STD prevention with a focus on under served, hard to reach populations. Over time, Step-Up has expanded its services to include Care Coordination and Ryan White services for persons living with HIV. In addition, Step-Up has established one of Indiana's most successful re-entry programs for men leaving incarceration in Central Indiana. We are committed to providing quality, client centered services, with a focus on confidentiality and integrity.
