Dr. Lobkova pulled out a portion of my toenail from the side while it was still attached. I experienced immediate, severe pain during the procedure. The area was left raw and bleeding afterward, and I continue to experience pain. The website assured no painful procedure.
The doctor I saw is a genius. Really excellent manner and extremely knowledgeable. Which is why I am sad to say the reception is completely the opposite—snide behaviour one does not at all expect to see in a doctor’s office. Both times I was in contact, the attitude was inexplicably brusque.
Outstanding. I'm 71 and got custom orthotics there 5 years ago and thought I needed new ones because I'm having knee problems. The orthotics were $750. They have been a lifesaver for me. Dr Lubkove said I dont need insoles. She detected stage 2 arthritis in my big toe and suggested a hyaluronic acid injection. I was thinking about that before I came. The price on Google was $600 to $1500 in big cities. She said its $500. She was fare and honest. Like I said ...Outstanding
I had such a great experience at Step Up Footcare with Dr. Irina Abramova. I went into my appointment feeling really anxious and honestly pretty stressed about my nail. Dr. Abramova immediately made me feel comfortable. She has such a calming presence and an amazing bedside manner. She took her time, never made me feel rushed, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Abramova is an exceptionally talented podiatrist and truly has an incredible understanding of foot biomechanics. She explained my diagnosis clearly, took the time to show me exactly which stretches I should be doing, and even explained how my orthotics should be designed specifically for my foot structure.
