It’s hard to leave behind a 3 star when the doctors here are good at their job. My issue with Step Up is their front desk. Today, I waited for 20 minutes just for the front desk lady to come up to me and say “Jessica sorry but it will be another 20 minutes”. My name is not Jessica but also that means they expect me to wait 40 minutes on a Tuesday? When I already came here from the office in the middle of a work day? Dr. Abramova is an outstanding doctor. I highly recommend her!!! She is extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough!!! Dr. Abramova takes her time, very personable, listens and answers all of my questions, and concerns!!!. She is a true professional!!!
