I took my mum to Step Forward Podiatry Thomastown, and the experience was very disappointing. Communication about her podiatry needs was poor, and there was no clear treatment plan. During the appointment, podiatrist advised they "don’t know if the owner will agree to write a report" as they "don’t like working with insurers" but assured us they would follow up - yet no response ever came. Your feet will love you for the vist
Suffered severe pain in my left foot for months, back and forth to the doctors who prescribed exercises that made the condition worse. Saw Nathan at Step Forward Podiatry and after examination he immediately diagnosed that my condition was serious and ordered an ultrasound and x-rays of both feet. Results showed severe plantar fasciitis, spurs and other complications.
