Unprofessional all around. My original appointment was canceled by Mr. Stepp an hour and a half before the inspection. Against my better judgement, we rescheduled for the next week. I arrive at the house to be inspected and 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time go by, 20 mins, 30 mins and no Mr. Stepp. We call, we text, and all go ignored. I used Step by Stepp for a pre-sale inspection and I found Kenny to be knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain the few things that were wrong with my property before I put it on the market and saved me a lot of money.
