The therapist are great but the office worker are terrible. My son waited over 3 months at home not getting therapy because someone was not doing their job in the office. Called every week and nothing was ever done I got tired of calling and just looked for a different place for him

This is the best place for children who need therapy. My children have made so many wonderful changes because of the dedication and hard work of the staff at Step By Step. Everyone does an amazing job and my family will always be grateful. Thank you Beth and Staff.

Although the website says “physical therapy” in big bold letters, when I called to schedule an evaluation the receptionist put me on hold to “check the schedule” then oddly came back to tell me that PT is not offered. To your response: I’m unsure why that wasn’t explained to me when I called instead of acting as if I’m delusional. I shouldn’t have to publicly write a bad review to be provided with a decent response.

The level of care we have experienced at SBST is so top notch it’s the small details for me!! Having a child with ASD is a lot within itself but finding a place that matches your level of love & care makes it that much easier to navigate. Mrs.Beth is clearly called to do exactly what she does 😊. From the excellence customer service to the smallest detail SBST is 5 star !!! We are so glad we took the leap even in the midst of COVID to obtain services here. #gratefulparents #blackownedfemales
