Terribly unprofessional. I signed my son up but after almost 3 months with no contact, I called to find answers. They attempted to blame me, I was given the run around only to be told they STILL could not schedule him. Ron who works in the office and answers the phones should be FIRED. I will be reporting this entire business.
The therapist are great but the office worker are terrible. My son waited over 3 months at home not getting therapy because someone was not doing their job in the office. Called every week and nothing was ever done I got tired of calling and just looked for a different place for him
This is the best place for children who need therapy. My children have made so many wonderful changes because of the dedication and hard work of the staff at Step By Step. Everyone does an amazing job and my family will always be grateful. Thank you Beth and Staff.
