The providers at Step by Step Pediatrics are amazing and have always provided excellent care for my child. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk has been the complete opposite. Britney's customer service is consistently rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. She comes across as someone who does not enjoy her job, and too many families are treated poorly because of it. I have three children—aged five, three, and one—and we have been visiting this pediatric clinic for five years. The service and care are excellen .. Dr. Ashraf, listens very carefully and asks about the finest details . I must also mention the front-desk staff member; she has always been lovely over the past five years—even with my three children, I have always been met with kindness and respect. And, of course, the nurses—we are truly grateful for the kindness shown by everyone here. Highly recommended
They are the best of the best, they have been talking care of my kid's since 2014, always they provide nice and great care of them
