Step-By-Step Not a Good Step I totally agree with the first review. We have been patients there for a year and a half. As with most offices, the doctor is fine but the staff is horrible. The billing clerk is very rude and unprofessional and also makes many mistakes. Dr. Sneed is very nice and good with the kids, but does not make me feel like she is really listening to me as a parent. Big Headache Dr. Sneed is knowledgeable and soft spoken. She was great with my kids. However, her staff makes this practice one to avoid. I needed to have a claim resubmitted because I needed to add my newborn to our insurance plan and was told by her billing person to do it myself. I requested that the one and only shot my baby received there be added to her chart and was told it would take all day because they were too busy with other patients.
