used one inspector several times to inspect a home I was buying. He was good the first couple times, then got lazy on the last and final. He didn't even inspect the area. It was completely accessible and he just didn't. He falsified records saying it was "good to go." Once, I busted him saying it was okay, when it actually was very not ok and in dangerous condition, he then changed the documents again. Lack of respect for home owner they are inspecting. An owner should not re t urn home and find, sink broken and leaking that wasn't documented on the inspection report so they either didn't check it or they broke it when they did check it. Home owner shouldn't have to vacuum up insulation that was left on the carpet or find half of the kitchen cabinets left open or find a toilet used and the lid left up. This company hires inexperienced employees. They tell buyers the home has safety hazards that are NOT true. Wiring in a home built in 2004 will not have the same codes in 2020 therefore running buyers of. Lowcoutry has moisture but not mold that is hazardous they tell buyers get a mold check for no reason to cover their inexperience.

Honest and thorough inspections. Great readable reports and available to answer questions after report is issued.
