Love it here. Dr. Garrow is the best. Everyone on staff is incredible. Very professional and detailed to your needs. My favorite Doctors office to visit.
Fired as a patient... OK, a doctor telling me I need to wear a boot is one thing. I declined wearing the boot because of work limitations (I drive for a living as an outside sales rep covering more miles driven in one week than many drive in a month). However, I was still scheduled for an MRI. 2 days before the MRI, I received a text saying the doctor wouldn't write the order for the rescheduled MRI (I cancelled the 1st appointment because my ankle felt better). I was a patient here and was taken out of work on a medical leave. Towards the end of my leave the doctor reported I was able to return to work without letting me know which cause me to miss a full week of work. She informed Sedgwick (Leave of Absence provider) that she informed me on that I did not need PT and that was cleared to returned to work on 11/24/25 but did not inform me that I was cleared to return to work until 12/5/25. Lisa from front desk was kind. Heads up, sat and listened as they tell 5 to 10 patients to come in all at the same time. 11am Monday. So the lack of timely service makes sense now. They cram people in like sardines into a tiny waiting room and have them wait for hours to pocket as much money as possible at the expense and safety of their clients-who I noticed are mostly seniors.
