My wife and I were given my mother and father’s wedding rings (they were married over 50 years) but we needed them sized. We went to stenstrom jewelry and a woman named Eve was very nice and understanding about the importance and history of these rings. When they were returned to us not only were they sized but they were restored to look as good as new. I am confident they will survive another 50 years thanks to Eve and Stenstrom jewelry. Thank you!
One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a jewelry store. I took a watch and to get a battery and after they put the battery in they told me they couldn't get the back on. So they sent it out to another jeweler and when it came back the time wasn't right with the back on. They said the battery was large and they'd have to glue it down somehow so they could put the back on. They called me and said it was ready last week. When I stopped to pick it up they wanted to charge me for sending it out to another jeweler. I refuse... read more
