Review: ⭐️ 1/5 Absolutely terrible customer service. I tried to upgrade to a larger storage unit and was told I couldn’t—not because they didn’t have one available, but because the owner decided I wasn’t “approved” and apparently didn’t “need” a bigger unit. Seriously? Since when does a business get to decide what size I need when I’m the one paying for it? How do we get someone on the telephone? I have called at least 15 times and cannot get an answer and have never once received a call back.
I got behind on my monthly payments and had to get my stuff out of my unit and I still give this business 5 stars. This possibly awful situation while all my own fault was made so much easier by the folks at 806, They were very kind, understanding, and reapectful. I didnt have to suffer the loss of the very sentimental items in my storage and they would have been completely within their rights to have thrown it all out.
