They want to keep everyone off of their property which is fine but then they use the adjoining property as a pass through. They have zero respect for others. They also let their trash blow everywhere and leave the area looking like a dump. Clean up after yourselves.
These people are trying to develop one of their tacky complexes in my town currently. They have chosen a location which will disrupt the traffic and ruin the aesthetic of our historic downtown.
They started building a 4 story directly behind our house during the approval process with the city they made a deal with us to buy us out because we are not happy with the loss of privacy. Once the deal was inked with the city the contact completely stopped. To stop us from making a stink they lied to our faces the CEO Nate Stencil himself said they would buy us out.
