Stemz has been my go to florist for a few years now. They always create beautiful arrangements that have their own personal touch. They are a cut above the rest.
I came in with an emergency bridal bouquet disaster situation and had an incredible experience with Shirley. She was a life saver and made the best possible scenario happen. Thank you very much for the lovely bouquet!!
I am very disappointed with my son's floral order for me for Mother's Day. When the flowers arrived they were wilted and looked less than the picture shown on the order. Pieces of some flowers were 1/2 cut off. I phoned Anne-Marie and sent a picture of the wilted arrangement. She apologized and said come to the store for a replacement on the delphiniums. I prepurchased an arragement of flowers from their in store catalogue for my wife's memorial service which was on the valentines day weekend and flowers are more expensive on valentines day, we had aggreed that if paid extra they would add more red flowers to the arrangement... they did not add any red flowers and the arrangement did not look bigger than the catalogue.
