My wife and I went shopping here tonight for some Christmas gifts, there was an item we wanted to purchase- and only one left on the shelf, which was slightly dented. We asked an employee if there were any new ones in the back, she checked with her manager who responded to us "there's one right there, we have only been open for three weeks how much fresher do you want it?". This was honestly such an unprofessional response, it is not unusual to ask for a new item if all that is left is the one on display. A really unpleasant... read more
There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing the team at Stems are. They truly went above and beyond for a commercial production our company and Sophie rocked it. She was so organized, proactive and dialled in that her work alone won us more projects with our client. Beyond just this experience, every time I go into the shop the team is kind, attentive and really are masters of their craft. Thanks again team. Till our next one
STEMS by Stong’s totally saved my Valentine’s Day. Like half the other husbands in Deep Cove, I made the last-minute dash—and thankfully, STEMS came through with a great selection of fresh bouquets and cards (lifesaver).
