Unfortunately, the phone number never gets you to an actual StemExpress representative to schedule an appointment regardless of what option you choose. I waited for over a week after filling out the online form too, & no one contacted me either. However, you can set a health screening appointment by going to the physical location.
I’m a new donor but love StemExpress already. All the girls are expert phlebotomist’s, super friendly, and get my tricky veins every time on the first try! Donations go to important research laboratories around the San Diego area. Very cool company!
