This time with a man called Richard Stembridge/ Stembridge Roofing. He caused my family extreme stress knowing my mother has a heart condition. Took advantage of her kindness. I was Richard’s first customer without his previous business partner. His failure to provide Gutters for my roof and any kind of ventilation at all has destroyed my hole costing me 10s of thousands of dollars. I recommend every double check his work and make sure you get gutters on your home. His workers did not hook the power back up correctly and it is still a fire hazard. Had a roof leak and and used Stembridge. The repair work has held up without any further problems for almost a full year.
We called Stembridge Roofing last year for some repairs on my mom's house when her "new" roof leaked again. Her roof was installed in 2018 or 2019. The leak was along a valley and along the flashing of a stucco "dormer". The newest repair work has held up without any further problems for almost a full year. When I began having problems with my own roof recently due to a leak along the ridge vent, Stembridge Roofing went above and beyond the call of duty by temporary placing a tarp over the leak at no charge.
