Terrible service... There is no way to get rid of them... They say we need to have the cancellation form notarized to cancel the service. We send the notarized cancellation form by registered mail. They continue to send bills! Stay away from this company!
Terrible customer service. Archaic system. Can’t process automatic payment yearly or keep track of their invoices to date. Send payment a year earlier. Then would bill you again. Then send you request of payment 6 years back. Never send receipts of payment. So if you don’t keep track good they would charge you twice or more. Go with Cell for Life or OVO they have better customer service. The way this company work. Not even sure if they are actually keep your stem cells or sell it somewhere already.
