I ordered a bouquet for my daughters birthday to be delivered- I did this online. The payment went through and the date was chosen and accurate. The bouquet was not delivered; I got no phone call or email. I couldn't leave a message as "mailbox was full"; my email bounced back. I am so disappointed.
Wendy went out of her way to help me out last-minute when I needed a floral bouquet for our Airbnb guests! And the bouquet was beautiful! Thank you!
I have used Stem several times now to purchase flowers for my Mom on special occasions. I don’t live in the same city as my parents and it can be a challenge to find a florist when you don’t see the flowers in person. Every bouquet Stem has sent my Mom has been unbelievably beautiful and fresh. The staff is always exceptionally kind when I call or email to place my order. I will continue to be a customer here for many years.
Beautiful floral arrangements, punctual delivery service, and amazing setup! Wendy and Stella are incredibly helpful and do a fantastic job every time (we use them consistently for events). I can't recommend them enough!
