The doctor is excellent, but the reception staff—on Tuesday mornings—continue to be disappointing. The process remains inefficient, and their demeanour is consistently unwelcoming. It's unfortunate when front-facing staff repeatedly create a negative first impression for the business.

Many children (and adults) are liberated from misdiagnosis which relies on speculative clinical history and outdated false positive skin prick tests. Please call the Royal Children's Hospital and book your child in for up to date allergy diagnosis and testing process 93456180. Dr Rebecca Werther has transformed my son’s health from a little baby with failure to thrive to a happy and energetic kid. She has helped us through a number of allergy related issues. We have always found Dr Werther to be compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and proactive. I would give more stars if I could!
