Dr Rebecca Webster is the best doctor. She is the one who could treat my Daughter's eczema one of the best doctor. Highly recommend 👌
My daughter saw Dr Werther today for allergy management and eczema. I was very appreciative of the time Dr Werther took to provide me with information about my daughter’s conditions, possible treatment options and long term issues. My daughter felt comfortable and at ease in the clinic. I loved the colourful decor in the waiting room too, which is great for younger kids. Very satisfied with the service we received today.
The doctor is excellent, but the reception staff—on Tuesday mornings—continue to be disappointing. The process remains inefficient, and their demeanour is consistently unwelcoming. It's unfortunate when front-facing staff repeatedly create a negative first impression for the business.
