Spurs doc says you got frozen shoulder so go get you some intense therapy on that shoulder so a year later "dumb ass" i called the Dr. Walked in to his office he did his thing ,he turned my shoulder into a pretzel. and pulled 🤬 !!!! 6 months later he says your done.
