Overall a good experience with Stellux on our lighting upgrade project. Knowledgeable in what we needed at each location of the facility and grounds. Good followup when it comes to any warranty issues over the years, that is refreshing in this day and age when most folks balk or make excuses instead of doing the right thing. Thank you for being a company of it's word.
The Stellux staff is both knowledgable and creative. They propose cost effectiv lighting solutions that perform well and are asthetically pleasing.
Stellux was great in the beginning for setting up our lighting. They were very responsive and able to get to our facility fairly quick for repairs. All the gentlemen were very nice. Since the first initial year of the installation, they have progressively gotten worse about responding and working on our lights when they burn out. It takes multiple emails and calls to receive a response and have someone come out for service. Then, more months of waiting for the replacement lights and the only repair tech on staff to come out.
Excellent Company, they recently replaced 7 overhead lights in our warehouse, they were extremely professional and competitive.
