I appreciated the fact that the technician arrived promptly at noon when the service window was noon to two and he spent 5 hours working on our 25 year old boiler. We discussed the pros and cons of repairing our existing boiler versus replacing it with a new system and ultimately decided to opt for a new boiler. He was able to get the system running well enough to provide heat and hot water while we're waiting for the new boiler to be installed.
I just had the pleasure of having a consultation with Jerry S regarding my Carrier heating system that needs to be replaced sooner than later. As I am a retiree, I am getting estimates, as the unit with labor costs are quite expensive. The unit was rusting through so badly that a hole was created. It was in such bad shape that it had the potential to cause carbon monoxide leakage. Thank God it didn’t. It was obvious to me that Jerry is extremely experienced, honest and a truly nice person. Thank you. 😊
