Appointment schedulers need better training!! This is now the SECOND time an appointment I’ve made for my daughter has needed to be rescheduled due to an error made by someone scheduling the appointment. We have waited over two months to be seen by my daughter’s primary care doctor, to now receiving a phone call today (one week away from her appointment date) to say it needs to be rescheduled. We have been patients at this clinic since 2000 when they were in the old building. We have hung on through every corporate change up, the loss of good providers, and multiple policy changes but I just can’t support them any longer. We are private pay on a cost sharing plan (not traditional health insurance) which means we are consumers who think healthcare costs and insurance costs are out of control and do what we can to not contribute to the madness. We love our providers at Stellis. I saw Jessie Borgstrom and Dr. Schirm for prenatal care, and now our kids regularly see Dr. LaBounty and Dr. Nichol. These women are AMAZING. They really go above and beyond to give personal, practical care to our family. We are grateful for the positive experiences we've had with each of them!
I am well pleased with everyone there.
