We had taken our Class-B RV to Stellhorn to repair a leaking window. They determined that they weren't the best place to make the repair. The Service Advisor called around to find a place that could make the repair. His honesty was great, whereas he could have had his guys try to make a repair that they didn't know how to fix.
Stellhorn RV is by far the best RV dealership,or auto dealership I have ever dealt with. We traveled from Elkhart IN (the RV capital of the world) to purchase our travel trailer. Knowing what we were looking for, the negotiations went well and never felt pressured, gave far price for our trade in. We recently bought a camper here. The whole process was seamless. Our salesperson was Adonica. We never felt pressured and she was very easy to work with, she made the whole process painless. The financing process was a breeze, Rachel was very thorough and got us the best rate. Their prices are very competitive. Everyone we dealt with there was great. The whole facility was nice and clean. We will definitely recommend Stellhorn to everyone.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. “Warranty Forever” my ass they didn’t even know how to put two screws into my throughway door to fix the magnet. Idk how this place is still operational. Paid almost $2k for them to do an inspection and grease bearing and spread some caulk on the seals…. Their warranty is Ridiculous and I highly recommend people against using this camper dealership and honestly I’ve had better luck with happy camper which is a solid 1/10.
