Absolute worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. “Warranty Forever” my ass they didn’t even know how to put two screws into my throughway door to fix the magnet. Idk how this place is still operational. Paid almost $2k for them to do an inspection and grease bearing and spread some caulk on the seals…. Their warranty is Ridiculous and I highly recommend people against using this camper dealership and honestly I’ve had better luck with happy camper which is a solid 1/10. We set up for camping in a Friday and realized we had a valve leaking, it was 5:00 and we called Zane, who was so helpful and kind.
Our experience purchasing a 2026 Flagstaff 21fbrs last week was excellent. The owner and entire staff were friendly and professional. They addressed our questions promptly and with a caring nature, truly making us feel welcomed as part of the Stellhorn family.
Highly recommend using Stellhorn RV to purchase your first or next camper! Mark, our salesman, was very helpful with answering questions and walking us through what model would best suit our family. Rachel killed it on the financing and was able to help us make this possible. Cannot say enough good things about the overall experience!
