I called in a order three steak and cheese and 2 deluxe steak and cheese order of fires went to pick it up the said I ordered two deluxe then went I told them three steak cheese they gave me a ham and cheese even thou receipt saids three steak and cheese then when I tried to call no one picked up it be awhile before I ever go over there again

Beware with sharing your credit card with them. I think the driver added her on tip on my card. I talked to Todd and he told me that Howard with look at it an get back with me and that was over a month ago. I had to cancel my card and I am thinking about calling the Better Business to report this and the actions of the driver and the qaulity of the food. Poor service refused to answer the phone and when they did I was hung up on repeatedly. Would rather take my money to Elizabeth’s pizza
The worst costumer service terrible delivery time we literally live less than a mile away and it takes them over an hour to bring an order. Dominos trash Can has better opinions and service then them. The can barely operate a phone and this if they pay the bill and you don’t get spectrums complimentary phone out of service message. It’s free without payment. Much less if they can’t find your house and you pay by card kids your order good bye there not going to look far pocket the money keep the food.
Have always loved stellas pizza.. They have wonderful food great service
great food and great people! I live Stella's! I only wish that I lived closer so that I can enjoy their pizza more often!
Stellas has the worst customer service in all of Eden,NC. I will not ever spend money with them with the way they talked to me and my wife and got our order wrong after telling them what it was
