I explained clearly what kind of highlights I wanted, but unfortunately the result was not what I asked for. I even gave feedback and asked for it to be corrected, but the second attempt was still not right. It was disappointing because I tried to communicate clearly, but the outcome didn’t match my expectations. I hope the salon improves attention to customer requests in the future.

Stella is the best! She gives great advice & always takes the time to make your hair look perfect. And she's just such a lovely person. My whole family absolutely adores her!
I like her. She knows how to do asian women hairstyle cuts. And she does my balayage the way I like it— high and all the way to the root.
