I had a great experience at this salon yesterday! I got a perm and haircut, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. The curls look very natural, and the cut suits me perfectly. Stella was wonderful—very kind and patient. She took the time to recommend the best perm method and hairstyle for me, which made a big difference. Highly recommend!

I explained clearly what kind of highlights I wanted, but unfortunately the result was not what I asked for. I even gave feedback and asked for it to be corrected, but the second attempt was still not right. It was disappointing because I tried to communicate clearly, but the outcome didn’t match my expectations. I hope the salon improves attention to customer requests in the future.

Stella is the best! She gives great advice & always takes the time to make your hair look perfect. And she's just such a lovely person. My whole family absolutely adores her!
