Amazing
Great customer service. Exceptionally well crafted mounts. (Just received a M002C Alt-Az mount, and I must admit, I am impressed. It's as robust and carefully engineered as the Bogen 3251 tripod is being mounted to: a perfect match.) The best thing, this mount is manual, and is built to last. I'm happy to recommend this company to others.
Purchased 80svx. Pros: Comes with a padded case. Built like a tank. Painted with industrial white paint, very cool looking. No color distortion in whole field of view Resolution very good. When looking at terminator of moon, details are very clear & crisp, moon surface looks "3D". Venus crossing 7 sisters stars tack sharp, no egg shaped stars to edges. Comes with field flatner, hold my Nikon D7300 rigidly. Cons: None, with scope. A bit pricey, but this is a no quality compromise build. Customer service is top notch.
Triplets are fine for visual but far from ready for AP. Focuser sags & owner is in denial. Vic thinks his Chinese 50 dollar focuser can hold the same weight as a Feather Touch or a Moonlight. Almost laughable if the scope didn't cost an arm and a leg. On top of that the Focal reducers add more aberrations that a cheap pair of glasses. Don't fall for the strehl scam either. He gets his glass from the same manufacture that Williams Optics does.
By far the WORST customer service i have ever had in the astronomy industry in my entire life. Bad focuser and several bad reducers & the owner refused to do a thing about it. Spent close to 3k on this china garbage. Do your research before you hand them a penny.
