We ordered my daughter's prescription eyeglass frame over a month ago and are still waiting to receive it. At the time of purchase, we were told it would take up to two weeks. After following up ourselves, we were informed that the frame is on backorder with no estimated delivery date. What was most disappointing was not just the delay, but the lack of communication. Very nice place with great service. I have alwaye had a great experience with everyone from the front desk to the doctor. 10 stars!!!! Stellar vision has always been my favorite place to get my glasses!!!!
This was my first time going to get my eyes checked in over 20 years. To say the service was exceptional is an understatement. The staff was amazing and my examination was thorough. It was a seamless transition and happy I found this place. Now I know where to go for future eye exams!
