Horrible customer service. Called for a medical appointment, explained our medical insurance. She said without his vision insurance we would be charged $175 fee. I asked 3 times what the fee was for, she kept saying it was because I wasn’t providing the vision insurance information - how does that make any sense?? After my asking a 4th time what the fee was for, she hung up on me. Horribly rude and obviously they’re doing subversive things if the person scheduling the appointments are so rude.
Switching doctors from my hometown is never easy, but sometimes it’s necessary and I’m so glad I made the change to Stellar Vision. Dr. Allison LeBlanc, O.D. was fantastic! The entire staff and process was top tier. We recently moved to Babcock Ranch after living in Cape Coral for 23 years. I wanted to find a optometrist closer to home and one that would take the time to listen since I have type II Diabetes. I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend Stellar Vision for all of your eye care needs!!
